Clyngwyn bunkhouse with tents, teepee’s and a touch of magic
Y ou can imagine the excitement I had to photograph Kirsten and Sam’s blessing in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. Set on top of a waterfall followed by a outdoor reception at Clyngwyn Bunkhouse it was a photographers dream.
An alternative pagan blessing with a tepee for the wedding breakfast, craft workshops for the kids, instruments for guests, circus workshops, dogs, BBQ’s
Oh and did I mention a waterfall.
The Brecon Beacons are an incredible wedding location and the perfect place for a pagan blessing.
The ancient Welsh landscape lets you feel the force and beauty of nature with waterfalls offering a romantic backdrops and natural acoustics.
Kirsten and Sam had an intimate pagan blessing with handfasting and music surrounded by friends and family.
The ceremony concluded with their daughter playing the violin bringing all the guests to tears.
The notes echoing up the river and through the wild countryside.
The reception / music festival continued into the night with a funky upbeat band playing various folk / rock and blues beats.
Later on further impromptu music and dancing around the fire pit were accompanied by fireworks.
It was hard to leave this wedding and I almost did end up setting up my tent with the guests.
